When I found my Tosca, it was one of a very short list of boats I had seen that I could actually envision myself living on and sailing.
So, when we were able to negotiate the purchase, I knew it was meant to be.
She had spent the previous winter on a stand being doted on by her, at that time, new owner. He rearranged the interior, got the cushions re-covered, and even installed tiny blinds over the portholes in the cabin… something which most people make fun of… I, however, think they’re pretty cute.
So, here is Tosca before Tucker and I move our lives on board.
